There are no refunds on any Appointment, Treatment or Gift Certificate purchases
Cotswold Head Spa reserves the right to amend our policies, prices, and/or promotions without prior notice.
Services are subject to availability, and special offers are subject to limited availability as per the time of booking.
We operate on a first come, first serve basis and highly encourage booking your appointments in advance.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies: All clients are subject to our studio’s cancellation and rescheduling policy. We require 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Fees apply to late changes.
Inappropriate Behaviour: Cotswold Head Spa and it’s professionals have the right to terminate a treatment or package immediately if the client demonstrates inappropriate, abusive, or sexual behaviour.
Illness / Injury: To protect our team, Cotswold Head Spa reserve the right to refuse treatment should the client be deemed too unwell and unsuitable for treatment , or be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Gift Certificate Policy
Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is stated on the gift certificate.
We operate on a first come, first serve basis and highly encourage booking your Gift Certificate appointments in advance.
We do not accept expired gift cards.
If your gift voucher expires, you are welcome to pay a £20 administration fee to extend the voucher by three months (from original expiry date)

If a Gift Certificate is issued due to a cancelled session, we honour the value paid, for the amount stated on the certificate.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
To Reschedule your appointment, we require at least 3 days' notice (72 hours) We do not refund cancellations.
Rescheduling with less than 3 days' notice will result in an additional fee equal to 50% of the treatment price to change your session date or time.
No-shows or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment will incur the loss of your appointment fee (and you will need to pay the full price of a further appointment to rebook a session)
Illness / Injury / Emergency - should you contact us within the cancellation periods stated above, our standard policies still apply.
If your cancelled allocated appointment is filled by another client, the late cancellation fee will be refunded by way of a Gift Voucher to the amount paid for the session, minus our administration charge of £20.
